Florida

In Florida, we currently operate under the Grow Healthy retail brand (www.growhealthy.com). We are currently operating 18 dispensaries including Cape Coral, Largo, West Palm Beach, Miami, Orlando, Lakeland, Tallahassee, Gainesville, Bonita Springs, Lake Worth, Ocala, Daytona Beach, Deerfield Beach, Stuart, Brandon, Sarasota and Tampa. We have secured locations in several other key markets scheduled for opening in the coming months. In addition, we are expanding our Delivery Program with new vehicles and delivery hubs in order to better serve patients across the state.

Arizona

Our enterprise consists of four full-service dispensaries. We have three stores in Mesa which and one in Phoenix which operate under the Health for Life brand (www.healthforlifedispensaries.com). We also have two modern and fully equipped production laboratories for producing cannabis derivative products and two large-scale indoor cultivation operations which provide wholesale products to over 50% of the retailers throughout the state.

Nevada

We have recently been awarded three new dispensary licenses in Nevada (Reno, Henderson and the City of Las Vegas). These stores will complement our existing cultivation and production license which includes a 29,000-square-foot cultivation and production facility in Las Vegas which provides wholesale products to over 40% of the retail locations throughout Nevada. We plan to open our first dispensary in Las Vegas this summer.

Maryland

We operate three retail dispensaries in Bethesda, Baltimore and White Marsh under the Health for Life brand (www.healthforlifedispensaries.com). We also operate a 4,000 square foot processing facility in Gaithersburg where we manufacture MPX concentrates and other products. MPX products are sold in our dispensaries and through our distribution channels to ~80% of the licensed dispensaries in the state.

Massachusetts

Our cannabis store in Boston (www.mayflowermedicinals.com) has been open since 2018 and serves the residents in the greater Allston/Brighton section of the city. We recently opened our adult-use dispensaries in Worcester and Lowell. Our retail operations are supported by a 36,000 square foot cultivation and processing facility in Holliston which is currently providing wholesale products to over 30% of the other retail dispensaries throughout the state.

New York

We hold one of ten vertically integrated medical marijuana Registered Organization licenses in New York, a state with close to 20 million residents. This license includes a cultivation and processing facility and four dispensary locations: Brooklyn, Staten Island, Dutchess County, and Tompkins County. Our first retail location in New York State is located across from Barclays Center in Brooklyn. It is one of only three dispensaries serving New York’s most populous borough, with over 2.5 million residents. Our Staten Island store is the only Registered Organization serving Staten Island’s 500,000 residents. We currently operate in New York under the Be. retail brand (www.bestores.com).

New Jersey

We operate one medical-use retail dispensary in Atlantic City under the MPX NJ brand (www.mpxnj.com). We also operate a 34,000 square foot cultivation and processing facility in Pleasantville where we plan to manufacture MPX concentrates as well as other branded products.
